Introduction to Electronics

Age limit: 11–13-years-old

Course Duration: One month (1hr x 4 weeks)

Medium: English

Course Description:

This is a fundamental course offering an overview of the fundamentals of electricity and electronics. It starts with an overview of basic electrical theory and moves to simple circuit components like bulbs, switches, resistors, and capacitors.

In addition, the course highlights the identification of some devices in a-circuit components likes Diodes, Transistors, Integrated Circuits, and microcontrollers. The end of the lessons concludes with an understanding of some applications of basic electronics principles. Following are the practical's we do here.

  • Circuit simulations using software Proteus

  • v-lab electricity

  • hands-on experience by building simple circuits using a breadboard and components.

Every lesson has been designing to help novices understand the main theories and operations of electric and electronic components and circuits. The course can serve as a starting point for a more in-depth study of particular areas of electricity and electronics.
